Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 strips bacon, cut into 1-inch strips
    4 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts, cut in half lengthwise
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In a 12-inch skillet, cook bacon and onion until bacon is cooked but not crisp, about 5 minutes.
    Push bacon and onion to side of skillet.
    Remove skillet from heat and arrange Brussels sprouts, cut side down, in skillet.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Add water to skillet.
    Cover and cook until sprouts are fork-tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.
    Stir sprouts, onion and bacon together to serve.
