Golden Nugget Pork Roast(Makes About 6 To 8 Servings And About 2 Cups Gravy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. drained sauerkraut
    1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple
    4 lb. pork loin
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish mustard
Preparation
    Combine sauerkraut and pineapple.
    Make 8 slits almost to bone of pork loin.
    Place 2 tablespoons of mixture in each slit and tie securely.
    Place meat (fat side up) in roasting pan.
    Roast at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours or to 170\u00b0 on meat thermometer.
    Remove meat from pan.
    Spoon off fat, saving drippings.
