Hamburg Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 or 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. granulated beef bouillon
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown together the onion, garlic and ground beef.
    Melt in margarine.
    Add the flour, salt, pepper, bouillon and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes, then add soup.
    Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream.
    Heat and serve over noodles.
