Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced soy chicken (canned, save juice)
    1 c. sliced mushrooms (canned or fresh)
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. chicken broth (water plus 4 tsp. McKay's chicken seasoning)
    1/2 c. cream or canned milk
    1 tsp. salt or less
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. spaghetti, broken (4 c. cooked)
Preparation
    Saute onions and mushrooms in margarine.
    Stir in flour.
    Add broth and cream.
    Add seasonings, chicken and juice.
    Add cooked spaghetti.
    Put in a 9 x 9-inch glass dish.
    Top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, uncovered.
    Serves 6.
