Green Chili Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar or Colby cheese
    6 to 7 eggs, beaten
    1 to 2 cans chopped green chilies
    Monterey Jack cheese slices
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix both cheeses and eggs.
    Spoon half of the mixture into a large, rectangular pan.
    Cover with green chilies to taste.
    Add remaining cheese-egg mixture. Top
    with thinly sliced Monterey Jack cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes. Remove from oven.
    Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
    May be baked ahead and frozen.
