Chinese Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. instant onion
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation

In a little oil, brown both sides of chops.
Place in shallow casserole, do not overlap.
Mix remaining ingredients, except sesame seed.
Pour over chops. Sprinkle sesame seed over. Cover tightly (foil may be used). Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour until tender. Serve with rice.
Serves 6.
