Green Chili Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1/2 lb. diced Monterey Jack cheese
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 lb. diced Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 pt. cottage cheese
    4 oz. chopped canned chilies
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Blend in flour (sifted with baking powder), butter, chilies, cheese and sour cream.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    May be reheated or frozen for short period of time.
