Ingredients

1 loaf pound cake, cut in cubes
1 c. raspberry jam
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. cream sherry
1 large pkg. Jell-O vanilla pudding
2 pt. strawberries
Preparation

Place half the cake cubes in bottom of a glass serving bowl and spread with jam.
Layer with remaining cake and spread with jam.
Sprinkle with sherry.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
