Big Batch Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
1 c. oil
2 to 3 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Stir all ingredients together in large bowl.
Pour into paper lined muffin cups.
Fill 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen.
