Benedictine Cheese(For Sandwiches) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 large cucumber, peeled and seeded
    1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
    1 small bunch watercress (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop fine all ingredients except cheese.
    Put through blender or food processor until pureed or liquid.
    Add to cream cheese at room temperature.
    Tint green.
    Taste and correct seasoning. Chill until spreading consistency.
