Seafood Tater Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    1/2 lb. crabmeat
    1/2 lb. baby shrimp
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    Muenster or Monterey cheese
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    Hull out inside of potatoes, leaving about 1/4 inch of potato on shell.
    Mix crabmeat, shrimp and celery together with mayonnaise.
    Fill potato skins loosely to top of skin (do not pack skins solid and do not overfill).
    Cover top with cheese and put under broiler for 7 minutes.
