Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pink salmon
    1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 egg
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Drain salmon into strainer (remove bones, if desired).
    Place in mixing bowl.
    Add egg, flour, onion and season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Blend well.
    Make small patties. Fry in cooking oil until brown (remove and place on paper towel to absorb oil).
