Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts
    onion
    celery leaves
    bay leaves
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. sweet milk
    2 c. finely crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick melted butter
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Cook chicken in water.
    Add onion, celery leaves and bay leaves to season.
    When tender, cool.
    Remove from bone and place in bottom of flat 2-quart dish.
    Mix soup, sour cream and milk and pour over chicken.
    Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and poppy seed.
    Cover casserole with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
