Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, cooked, boned and cut up (about 6 lb.)
    2 c. chopped celery
    4 tsp. onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. toasted, sliced almonds (optional)
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    6 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs (reserve 1/2 c. for top)
Preparation
    Combine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
