Strawberry-Banana Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
1/2 ripe banana, peeled and cut in half
1/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 ice cubes
2 to 3 drops orange extract
Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and turn to high speed.
Blend 45 seconds until creamy and smooth.
Serve in tall glasses.
