Parisian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
6 boneless, skinned chicken breast halves
1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. white wine
fresh chopped parsley
Preparation

Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
Melt butter in pan.
Coat chicken with bread crumbs.
Arrange halves in pan of melted butter.
Bake for 10 minutes; turn over.
Bake 10 minutes longer.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
Arrange mushrooms around chicken.
Pour broth and wine over chicken.
Bake, covered, for 15 minutes. Serve with noodles or rice; garnish with parsley if desired.
