Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. pecans
3 ripe bananas
4 Tbsp. buttermilk

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Cook in tube or Bundt pan at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
