Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. bulk sausage
    1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
    1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained and finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. fine bread crumbs
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    garlic salt to taste
    1/4 c. flour
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook onion and sausage in frypan until brown.
    Remove from heat.
    Add sauerkraut and 2 tablespoons bread crumbs.
    Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Stir into kraut mixture.
    Chill.
    Shape into balls.
    Add milk to beaten eggs. Dip balls into egg mixture.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Fry in deep fat until brown.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Can be frozen after frying.
    Partially thaw and bake as directed.
