Pumpkin Harvest Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. mashed pumpkin (one 1 lb. can)
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. powdered cloves
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Stir sugar, oil, eggs (one at a time) and pumpkin; add from sifter, flour, soda, powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, cloves and water.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 3 small loaf pans lined with wax paper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    After cooling, seal in plastic bags.
    May be frozen.
