Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled (set aside)
3 c. potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 c. finely cut celery
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dry
Preparation

Mix until smooth and add to potatoes.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes. Stir frequently.
Serve.
Top with bacon crumbles.
