Microwave Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1 c. mayonnaise (regular or diet)
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. pepper (white preferred)
Preparation
    Drain artichokes well.
    Chop into small pieces.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Place in 8-inch square casserole.
    Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
    Stir.
    Cook 5 to 7 minutes at 50% power.
    Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Yields 3 cups.
