Deluxe Carrot Cake And Cream Cheese Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. carrot, grated
1 small pkg. coconut
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel (optional)
1 box 10x sugar
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk

Preparation

Generously oil and flour tube pan.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix ingredients except for last four in a large bowl.
Pour into pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
Test to check for doneness.
Cool completely before frosting.
