Pork Fried Rice Or Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rice, cooked dry
4 (3 oz.) pork chops
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

First, place your rice on to cook.
In a skillet, salt and pepper pork chops and fry until brown on each side.
Cut chops away from bone into small bite size pieces.
In a small saucepan, melt butter.
Then slowly cook bell pepper and onion until done.
Then add chops.
Let simmer until rice is done.
Mix rice and ingredients in saucepan all together in a big pan.
Serves about 4 people.
