Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water.
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until boiling (approximately 5 minutes) until thick. Add butter, lemon rind and lemon juice. This is good over bread pudding or gingerbread.
