Diet Eclairs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. or more salad oil
2 large eggs
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In saucepan, heat water and oil to boiling.
Add flour and salt; beat together.
Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Spoon pastry onto nonstick cookie sheet in 3-inch strips (approximately 1 x 3-inches).
Leave room for spreading.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
Cool before filling 9 puffs, 68 calories each.
