Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 bacon strips, diced
    12 eggs, slightly beaten
    Salt and pepper to taste
    10 flour tortillas (7 inch)
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
Preparation
    Cook bacon in skillet until crisp; drain on paper towel. Reserve 1-2 Tbsp. drippings. Add eggs, salt and pepper to drippings; cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set. Spoon 1/4 cup of egg mixture down the center of each tortilla; sprinkle with cheese, onions and bacon. Fold bottom and sides of tortilla over filling.
