Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (4 c.) fresh cranberries
    2 oranges, cut into eighths
    2 Red Delicious apples, cut into eighths
    1/3 c. sugar or to taste
Preparation
    Wash cranberries
    (discard
    any
    that are soft or blemished). Wash
    oranges,
    do not peel.
    Put cranberries, apples and oranges through
    medium blade of a grinder or food processor.
    Drain off excess juice; reserve.
    Add sugar, stir.
    Pour 1/2 to 3/4
    of
    the reserved
    juice
    into
    the relish (relish should be very
    moist, but not runny).
    Chill 24 hours.
    Keeps 2 to 3 weeks.
    Yield:
    2 quarts.
