Carrot Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 large eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 small can crushed pineapple, do not drain
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs.
    Beat to blend.
    Blend in vanilla.
    Add sifted dry ingredients and blend in, but do not overmix.
    Lastly, fold in the carrots, pineapple and nuts.
    Turn batter into a buttered 10-inch tube or a Bundt pan. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake tests done.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto rack.
    Frost as desired when cake is completely cooled.
