Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 small chopped onion
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 small chopped bell pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix ground meat, onion, bell pepper, salt and pepper.
    Form into balls; put in skillet and brown.
    Pour off grease.
    Cover with soup (for double batch use 3 cans).
    Simmer for 25 minutes or until done.
    Serve over mashed potatoes.
