Toad In A Hole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice bread
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Cut 3-inch hole (or hole big enough to hold an egg) in middle of bread slice.
    Melt margarine in frying pan.
    When margarine bubbles, add bread.
    Immediately crack egg into hole and cook until bread begins to turn brown, about 1 1/2 minutes.
    Turn over with spatula and brown other side.
    Serve hot.
