Cold Spaghetti Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/4 c. whipped cream
1/4 c. butter
1/2 lb. bacon, cut up
12 oz. spaghetti pasta, cooked
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 medium tomato, diced
1/4 c. snipped parsley
black pepper
Preparation

Let eggs, cream and butter stand at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours.
In skillet, cook bacon until brown.
Beat together eggs and cream until blended.
Toss salad pasta with butter.
Pour egg mixture over and toss until coated.
Add bacon, cheese, tomato, green pepper and parsley.
Season to taste.
Serve.
