Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated unpeeled zucchini
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix in order given:
    eggs, vanilla, baking powder, zucchini, baking soda, nuts, oil, salt, sugar, flour and cinnamon.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes in 2 loaf pans or 1 tube pan for 1 1/2 hours.
    Easy to make, easy to freeze.
    Tastes great!
