Peach Cobbler 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. peaches
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat 1/2 cup sugar and fruit (or sweeten to taste).
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine in Pyrex dish in oven. Mix the flour, 2/3 cup sugar and milk in mixing bowl. Beat like batter. Take dish from oven.
    Pour batter in it over the melted margarine.
    Pour heated fruit over batter. Stir slightly to blend. Bake 25 minutes or until brown. Do not cover.
    Fruits other than peaches may be used.
