Parmesan French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. snipped chives
    French bread loaf (sliced)
Preparation
    Combine cheese, mayonnaise and chives.
    Spread 1/2 of mixture on 1 side of slices.
    Place on broiler pan and broil about 1 minute or until toasty.
    Turn slices over and use remainder of spread on untoasted side.
    Broil second side.
