Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tortillas
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large can chili
    2/3 c. grated cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Heat tortilla in hot oil to which chili powder has been added. Drain any liquid from chili.
    Spread chili on tortillas. Sprinkle on onion and cheese and roll tortilla.
    Put in baking dish and pour remainder of chili, cheese and onion on top.
    Heat in 300\u00b0 oven about 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
