Tomato And Feta Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium sized tomatoes, peeled
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. fresh or 1 tsp. dry marjoram
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation

Cut tomatoes into wedges.
In large bowl, combine tomatoes with next 6 ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or longer, stirring occasionally.
To serve, drain tomatoes and sprinkle with Feta cheese.
