Okra Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ham hock
    1 qt. water
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, blended
    1 large onion, diced
    1 pkg. small frozen lima beans
    1 pkg. cut frozen okra
    1 (12 oz.) can white Shoepeg corn
Preparation
    Combine ham hock, water, tomatoes and onions.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 1 hour.
    Add 1 cup water, beans, okra, corn, salt and pepper to taste.
    Reduce heat and cook slowly for 1 hour.
