Grilled Swordfish On A Bed Of Wilted Chard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh thyme
4 swordfish steaks (6 oz. each)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 lb. green Swiss chard, stems removed and leaves chopped
Preparation

Marinating the swordfish in a mixture of yogurt, olive oil and lemon juice for 20 minutes will ensure a protective coating that will crisp the outside of the fish while retaining the flavorful juices.
Quickly wilted greens are a nice foil for the tender fish.
