Skinny Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. tomato juice
    3 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients.
    Simmer slowly until vegetables are tender.
