Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 T. chopped onion
    1 t. parsley
    1 t. oregano
    1/2 t. crushed anise seed
    1/2 t. celery salt
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Shape into 3/4-inch balls. Place meatballs in a baking pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
