Lagoon Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced cooked chicken
3 c. cooked wild rice (prepared per pkg. directions)
1 1/2 c. seedless green grapes, halved
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
spinach leaves
Preparation

Gently toss together chicken, wild rice, grapes, apple, celery, 1/2 cup of slivered almonds and the water chestnuts.
