Cheddar Cheese Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. hot water
    2 1/3 c. plain flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    In a
    large
    bowl,
    dissolve yeast in water.
    Add 1 cup flour, sugar,
    salt, soda, sour cream and egg.
    Beat 2 minutes at high speed
    in mixer.
    Stir in remaining flour and cheese. Pour into greased
    loaf
    pan.
    Let
    rise 50 minutes in a warm place.
    Batter will rise slightly, not double.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at
    350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Remove from pan immediately.
