Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cook 15 minutes and drain
    2 tsp. butter
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. dry Minute rice
Preparation
    Mix together the butter, onion, milk, chicken soup, cheese and rice.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Add cooked broccoli. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
