Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon (red is the best)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 cup hot milk
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs
    1/2 cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix together shape in loaf pan.
    Put melted butter on top to help brown.
    Bake 350 for about 1 hour.
    Can be made into patties- roll in cracker crumbs, fry in hot shortening.
    Just enough to keep them from sticking.
