Aunt Edna'S Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 onion, diced
1 stick margarine, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. shredded sharp cheese
2 c. crumbled corn flakes
Preparation

Put frozen potatoes in lasagna-type casserole.
Add diced onion.
Drizzle 1/2 of the melted margarine on top.
In separate bowl, mix chicken soup and sour cream. Add to potatoes and stir. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Put corn flakes on top of cheese and drizzle remaining melted margarine on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
