Strawberry Pretzel Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coarsely chopped pretzels
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 .c sugar
    4 1/2 oz. thawed Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix pretzels, brown sugar and melted margarine.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add strawberries.
    Let cool until slightly thickened.
    Cream sugar and cream cheese; fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled pretzel mixture.
    Pour gelatin mixture over that; refrigerate (does not store well over 3 days as pretzels absorb moisture).
