Butter Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. shortening (Crisco or Spry)
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Carnation evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and shortening.
    Add sugar and milk alternately until sugar is melted.
    Add vanilla until blended, then gently fold in chopped nuts.
