Take 2 Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. leftover turkey, cubed
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can peas, drained
    1 Tbsp. sliced pimento (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 biscuits or slices of light toast
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat.
    Add flour while stirring with a wooden spoon.
    Stir until smooth and slowly add milk.
    Stir with wire whisk and add salt and pepper.
    Add turkey, peas and pimentos.
    Continue to stir with wooden spoon over low heat until sauce is thickened and turkey is heated.
    Serve over biscuits or toast.
