Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken, boiled
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1 can Veg-All
    1 small can whole kernel corn (optional)
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Pull chicken off bone and place in bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Pour in Veg-All, corn and mushrooms.
    Mix soups and chicken broth in bowl and pour over into baking dish.
    In bowl, mix melted butter, flour, milk and salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour mixture over into baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until crust is golden brown.
