Broccoli-Cauliflower Bake Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 1/2 bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot combination or fresh broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    sliced onions to taste
Preparation
    Melt together soups and cheese.
    If using fresh vegetables, parboil until fork-tender.
    Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes or until bubbly.
